Marcos was a British sports car manufacturer. The name was a combination of founder Jem Marsh and Frank Costin. British Sport Cars Marcos TSO was founded in Luton, Bedfordshire, England, in 1959 by Jem Marsh and Frank Costin. Frank Costin had earlier at the De Havilland Mosquito fighter-bomber, and there he worked on the idea of plywood for the chassis was used. The company moved to a converted mill in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire in 1963 and 1971 a £ 125,000 purpose-built factory at nearby Westbury.
Problems exporting cars to the U.S. and the move to the expensive new facilities led to financial problems in the years 1970 and 1971 they were out of business. Spyker Cars NV is a Dutch hand-built car manufacturer and the owner of Saab Automobile. The company is not affiliated with or controlled by the previous Spyker company that went bankrupt in 1929. The modern Spyker Cars only has the legal right to the brand. The company motto is “Nulla tenaci inVia est via”, which is Latin for ‘For the tenacious, no road is impassable. “
The reborn company was founded by Victor Muller and Maarten de Bruijn 1999, and since 2000, building exclusive sports cars like the Spyker C8 and the C8 Laviolette. Spyker’s history of producing airplane engines is reflected in details such as new cars in the logo.
The C8 Laviolette has a 4172 cc Audi V8 engine produces 395 hp (295 kW) and a top speed of 300 km / h (190 mph). On July 14, 2005 announced that the C8 was approved for marketing in the U.S. market.
In 2006, the Spyker D12 Peking-to-Paris high-performance SUV, which began production in late 2007, was announced at the Geneva Motor Show.

Toyota Supra Turbo 1995 Mark IV
The Toyota Supra is a sports car/grand tourer, produced by Toyota Motor Company from 1979 to 2002. The styling of the Toyota Supra was derived from the Toyota Celica, but it was also longer and wider. From mid 1986, the Supra (in its third generation, Mark III) has its own model and was not based on the Celica. In turn, Toyota also stopped using the prefix Celica and began just calling the car Supra. Because of the similarity and past of the Celica name, it is often confused with the Toyota Supra, and vice versa.
The Toyota Supra also traces much of its roots in the Toyota 2000GT with the main lines of the engine. The first three generations with a direct descendant of the Toyota Crown and offered 2000GT’s M engine. All four generations of Supra produced have an inline 6-cylinder engine. Interior aspects were also similar, as the chassis code “A”.

The Hummer H3 is a crossover SUV / Sport Utility Truck General Motors’ Hummer division, introduced in 2005 based on the GMT355 basics, the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon compact pickup trucks. American Sports Car The Saleen S7 is a limited production, develops manufacturers hand made, high performance American car jointly by Steve Saleen for the original concept and direction, Hidden Creek Industries for resources and financial incentives, Phil Frank, for body and interior design and CAD development and Ray Mallock Ltd. for engineering chassis.
It is the only car produced by Saleen not based on an existing chassis was founded. S7 August 19, 2000 at the Monterey Historic Races began. From 2000 to 2004, the S7 featured a Ford 427 Big Block V8 naturally aspirated engine of 550 hp (410 kW). The Ford GT40 was a high-performance sports car and winner of 24 Hours of Le Mans four times in a row, 1966-1969 (in 1967 with a different body, though). It is so far the only car of an American company for the overall victory in this prestigious event built.
It was for long-distance sports car races against Ferrari (the Le Mans six times in a row won from 1960 to 1965) built to win. Chassis # P-1075, the increases won in 1968 and 1969 (the only car in Le Mans history, win the race more than once) with a 4.7-liter Ford engine, 4.9-liter (as a 5 , 0 known) with a special alloy-Gurney Weslake cylinder.
The car was the GT is required (for Grand Touring) with 40 of the total height of 40 inches (1.02 m, measured at the windshield) to the applicable regulations. Large displacement Ford V8 engines (4.7 liters and 7 liters) were used, compared with the Ferrari V12 3.0-liter and 4.0 liter moved.

The Ariel Atom is a high performance sports car from the Ariel Motor Company in Somerset, England made. The car is also manufactured under license in the United States, originally from Brammo Motorsports, which is currently used by the TMI AutoTech Inc.
There are three Ariel Atom incarnations to date: Ariel Atom Ariel Atom Ariel Atom 2 and 3 The current model is the Ariel Atom 3, which even the strongest of the three. Ariel has also announced a performance RS model with a motorcycle-derived 500 bhp (373 kW, 507 HP V8 ).
The Ariel Atom is unusual in that it is monocoque – the chassis is clearly visible from the outside – and therefore lacks a roof, windows and other features usually found on the street cars. It incorporates a wide range of engines available to the top of the range is a supercharged Honda Civic Type-R K20 and a supercharged 2.0-liter, 300 hp (220 kW) Honda engine iVTEC. Each of these engines can reach a speed of 0-60 mph in 2.7 seconds. Although the maximum speed of 140 mph (230 kph) -150 mph (240 km / h) is relative to exotic sports cars to tame in comparison, the high power to weight ratio (500 PS / tonne or 650 hp / ton supercharged) offers a very rapid acceleration and low weight, excellent control when cornering.

The Dodge Challenger is the name of three different car models of the Dodge division of Chrysler sold.
The Dodge Challenger First generation was a pony car built in 1970 and 1974, the Chrysler E platform and the exchange of important parts of the Plymouth Barracuda. The second generation was developed from 1978 to 1983 Mitsubishi Galant Lambda badge. The third and current generation was revived in 2008 as competition for the developed fifth generation Ford Mustang and the fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro presented.
The Challenger is described in a 1960 book by American cars as Dodge’s “answer to the Mustang and Camaro.” It was one of two Chrysler E-body cars, the other is the slightly smaller Plymouth Barracuda. “Both the Challenger and Barracuda were a large number of trim levels and option”, to “compete against cars like the Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang, and they are doing and offer virtually every engine in Chrysler’s inventory.”
