The Ford Galaxie or know as Ford Galaxy full-size cars in the United States by the Ford Motor Company built for model years 1959 to 1974. The name was used for the top models in the Ford full-size range from 1959 to 1961, call in a marketing effort, the excitement about the Space Race.
